- The BN that we know today is far from perfect. They made so made blunders and also schemed the nation coffers. PR has been capitalizing on this issue. They had been attacking BN from this angle before GE12 and after they formed the government in several states. From my observation and reading, Penang under LGE excel in many aspect. I am not sure about the situation in Kedah and Kelantan. I am not worried about Kelantan. The people there know what they want and they are getting just that and I believe the Kelantan government is honest and decent. I am not so sure about Selangor. In Selangor, the driver seat is run by PKR and majority of PKR members has the same UMNO DNA. Unfortunately many people fail to see it.
- In Selangor, the PR government set up a state GLC that is known as the Office of State Economic Advisor (OSEA). The CEO is RR. Apart from Anwar, I don’t know if anyone else is appointed as the advisor. It was reported that Anwar gets RM1 for the appointment but no one has disclosed how much money has Anwar spend on travel and lodging expenses. There are also questions on the need to have a CEO and several office staff to manage one Advisor. Many do not believe that RR and his colleagues get RM1 salary per person. The question that one should ask is what are the contributions of the OSEA to SSG? Has they developed a short; medium and long term plan for Selangor? What are these plans, if there is any? Rumors has it that RR is hardly ever in the office. If you follow his travel pattern in the last few months, one can make the necessary deduction on the contribution to SS Economy.
- There is a strong rumor that the office was set up to support the key personnel expenses in their effort of expounding their political ideology. The supporters of PR demand a transparent government. Therefore it is important that they question on how much the state funds has been used at OSEA. They must also demand the quantitative direct generations of economic spinoff that is attributable by OSEA. The state must explain in detail the activities of OSEA to clear all doubts. It would not be right for PR supporters not demanding the same level of transparency and governance from SSG when PR themselves demand the same from BN. If none is forthcoming, after the FOI bill has been passed for the second reading, I might just pay RM10 application fee and demand the details of the expenses of OSEA. Is it right for them to spend money in such a manner when they don’t spend money to give a decent maintenance on state and LA infrastructure?

What ever it is, I am still perplex why, a convicted banker who had conned 5 banks, are employed by the state government under the same department as AI and RR?
Can you enlighten me with the details privately via email drrafick@gmail.com

i m a developer.i find the current sngor govt transparent and fair.they
practise good governance and business policies that is doable, fast and got
civil servant that are supportive.
while they encourage these economic developments,i m also suggested to
help with private initiatives to help in spiritual and intellectual wants of the
people.we are thinking of many programs there.it is refreshing leadership.
prior to 2008,it is very costly to do business in selangor.everybody there
conspires to get paid from us so we had to pass it back to the house buyers.
i m involve also in the ‘river of life’ project near keramat.my cost have to
be increased by six times to make it possible.they say it is private funding but
ekovest say payment will be from epf.
i m not comparing but if i have to,i say give the current selangor govt more
time.they should have ‘timeline’ on each of their promises so that they
deliver it ontime.
i will continue to enjoy being a selangorian!
Dear Mr Wang or Mdm Leong
I don’t know if your claims is true but I don’t understand why do you need to comment here using two different names and email address. It does not augur well. Why the need to use different identity?
One husband, one wife ma… same PC.
How do you know.. guessing ahh!
We should never believe what politicians say. Talk and promises have always been cheap to them. Rule 1 on politician: judge them by what they do and not what they say.
Politicians must work for us and not the other way around.
The only way to change politicians is to change incentives and disincentives for politicians. Political structure and funding has been root cause of the mess were in but None including bn and pr want to deal with this as it affects them. Humans from time immemorial only change when reward and punishments change. Politicians definitely not excluded.
Docs model of putting votes for parties to compete is an excellent model. If more do this the sum of this is that we can have a progressive politics of cause and less on emotions and personality which have created blind partisan followers.
It amazes me the way people think. You can find fault of one party but cannot find fault of another party. Funny.
How about Muhammad Safwan Anang who was badly injured by police. He is not in your community, but is he irrelevant to you? Do you not care? Najib says Peaceful Assembly Bill and the protest was peaceful but students got beaten anyway.
ablogsmith
You blame Najib for this! OMG! what an extrapolation! I will write about this issue
Doc
Is Azmin Ali is that bad? I am not sure if they’ll kick him out. Maybe we should join PKR so we can vote him out next time.

SUBANG JAYA: The Selangor Gov¬ernment is planning to reduce the profit margin of contractors involved in state infrastructure development projects from 30% to just 7%.
Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim said the move was necessary to eliminate the rentier class (those who live on income from property or securities) in the state.
“I have met officers from the Public Works Department about this and we are hoping to turn this into a policy,” he said at the Selangor Budget 2012 dialogue session here yesterday.
However, Khalid added, the matter had to be thoroughly studied before a circular can be issued.
“Our intention here is not just to reduce contractors’ profit but to provide what is best for the people,” he said.
On another matter, Khalid said Selangor had received some 50 proposals for real estate development in the Klang Valley.
The proposals were each worth between RM1bil and RM2bil.
Earlier, state economic adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said any income generated from Selangor would be put to good use.
Among the state’s concern, he said, was eradicating poverty.
“Through the state’s good administration, whatever funds we receive will be used to develop the state and the nation,” he said.
HSBC managing director (Treasury Market) Alvin Kong, in his briefing on the nation’s current financial standing at the dialogue, said Selangor had contributed more than other states to the nation’s gross domestic product (GDP).
Citing the manufacturing sector, Kong said Selangor had boosted the nation’s income because of the many projects in the state.
The Selangor budget dialogue is normally held in June or July each year, ahead of the budget session of the state legislative assembly in November.
So, Selangor government is not all that bad.
Are you suggesting those are due to effort of OSEA? I doubt it
“Earlier, state economic adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said any income generated from Selangor would be put to good use.”
Dear Zul
For all intent and purpose that is what we expect from all political parties. However most of the say it will be put to good use but it usually does not happen. In fact Anwar is a party to many transactions while he is in UMNO. One such example is IWK where he had shares and the business is privatized to his buddies (Umno term is cronies)
My issue is why do we have an SEAO when it does not show any direct contribution to state but merely an expense account that support certain politician expenses. In Selangor there is an entity called SSIC (formerly the CEO is Jabar Kembali) where they are responsible for bringing foreign and domestic investment in Selangor. They became the one stop center for any corporate who wants to invest in Selangor. They also “sell” selangor overseas
Doc
It’s actually quite depressing reading your blogs and RPK about PKR and other opposition party. I am not sure if I can pin any hope from any political party. If UMNO wins then Malaysia is definitely doom and if Pakatan win there is a chance Malaysia will still be doom too. I better start applying my pr with Australia now as a backup plan.
By the way, maybe Kak Rosmah will be our Imelda Marcos. This is definitely the greatest gift for fellow Malaysian.

Doc
I am depress because I do fear UMNO will win Selangor again. I am not certain about the future of our homeland. Then again I am also upset with Pakatan especially with some of PKR politician. They think we’re dumb Malaysian that believe them blindly. I hope they realize that I voted for them because I hate BN more than PKR.
Yet, I am hopeful and happy where Malaysian from all walks of life do care about this country. I never realized there is UMNO ex-Adun like Sakmongkol and Aspian Alias that love this country as much as I do. I always assume UMNO are racist and greedy. But Dato Mohd.Ariff Sabri definitely changed my view about some UMNO folks. There are lot of other bloggers that I follow and it give me hope.
I am hopefuly because the pig head incident at Johor didn’t anger my Muslim brothers and sisters. I want to thank my Muslim family not to be manipulate by our politicians. We must unite as fellow Malaysians and do not let BN or Pakatan abuse our trust. It’s time for us to take this country back from crooked politician.
I don’t want to be like my great grandparents that left the old country hundred years ago because of political turmoil. Malaysia is the only home for me and my descendant. Tanpa Malaysia siapa saya? Saya lahir di sini and mati di sini.

jamesloh, you can bet that PR will not win. Things were already tough with the govt mass media spinning lies. Now RPK has joined in the fray, I am so very disappointed with him. Whatever faults anwar may have, at least rpk could keep his mou#h shut if he were sincere in his ABU. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he gave that interview to tv3, but now I am sure he has an agenda of his own when he gives another interview of a similar nature.
It is RPK mouth.. he has the right to say what ever they like. Isn’t that is the same with everyone else. Why make and exception for him
Doc, I make him an exception because he has followers, unlike others who comment. As rational human beings, we should know when to keep our mouths shut, at least for a while, so that things don’t become worse. He knows that his remarks will have a negative impact on PR, so is he sincere with his ABU? I doubt it, perhaps initially he had the intention, certainly not now.
Chan
I don’t think RPK will make any impact with the new comment. He have always been critical about Anwar and PKR so its nothing new. Even if Anwar goes to jail life goes on. We need to focus on ABU and not RPK comment.
Most of us already know who we will vote for. We have already made out our mind long time ago. As for me, I’ll definitely vote for PKR though I believe some of them have faults but they are less evil than UMNO. I’ll definitely do my best to convince my friends and family to vote for Pakatan. You can do it too. Why rely on RPK for campaigning against BN? I’ve made an effort asking my friends to register to vote all the time. What about you? Have you been doing your part campaigning for ABU? If each of us do our duty to campaign for ABU I am sure UMNO will loose the next general election.
In America, because of the Tea Party movement the Democrat lose the mid term election. The Tea Party is lead by nobody. They are not organized political party. They are common folks like you and me. So, we can start our own Tea Party Movement too. It’s time for Pakatan and BN to know who is the real boss. We the people of Malaysia are the boss of this land.
My goal for now is getting rid of UMNO. After that, I’ll let Pakatan know I am the boss and not them.
So, Chan focus on telling all your friends and family what UMNO have done. Let’s not let RPK comment to distract your goal. What’s your goal? ABU!

the idea of fixing profit margin at a small nominal sum is
demanding on the ssg staff and work system to make it work
What is the cost of funds?
10, 15 or even 16 per cent.
So the ssg presumably has decided to bridge -finance a state project
from a to z to make the idea feasible.
The idea is workable if the ssg reduces risk for the contractor.
The gomen will need to call for many direct supply contracts
for all the components in the work.
Civil works
—————
All iron mongery/doors/ roofing material/ rooff truss/tilings and possibly
precast beams and floor slabs are supplied by the gomen
The contractor only need to supply labor, sand and bricks.
All major elements supplied by the construction agency.
M and E
————
All major price items must be supplied by the gomen. The contractor merely provide
labour and small ticket items.
To some extent I guess the gomen glcs are already nvolved in this kind of
contracts in cable laying and infrastructure works where there are
predetermined contract prices for all jobs under a schedule.
I have been a subscriber of these concepts- supply the major material
and fix the profit margin and hence the prices of the contracts.
The concept is viable but requires a lot of thought in process and system
thinking. But if the gomen expect to do a project at a nominal profit
without a helping system, it is unlikely to be accepted. Look . The profit of
the salesman selling the contract insurance is pegged at 15 per cent.
And how can a gomen expect the contractor who supplies material and labour
in a risky business to agree at a fixed 7 per cent profit without gomen
assistance to succeed?
Hanana,
There is too much risk in the construction industry to fix the profit margin. Can only be done as a cost plus contract with the profit margin marked up onto the costs of material, labour and overheads. It demands a lot of book-keeping, transparency and honesty to ensure and record the true costs of the material, labour and overheads. Otherwise it can led itself to abuse.
The UTM Scudai project was procured under cost plus contract and was administered by JKR. It was a total disaster.
I think the MB is trying to do the impossible. The best way to get cheaper price is open tender and payment expediency. Many contractors charge high rates because they claim government pay very late. I believe if contracts are drawn with penalty for late payment than it would help the contractors.
doc
cant agree more with you on this. Penang is doing fine on this in general. Selangor doe not need to reinvent the wheel. 3 years are a long time to blame your predecessors though we understand the difficulties and barriers created by UMNO friendly staff.

Selangor passes Freedom of Information Bill

* Selangor Freedom of Information Enactment 2010 Bill
Friday, April 1st, 2011 13:28:00
SHAH ALAM: The Selangor Freedom of Information Enactment 2010 Bill was passed at the State assembly this morning The Bill was tabled by State executive councillor Elizabeth Wong, following the third reading which was tabled today.
The enactment will allow the public access to State documents including that of local councils.
Wong said passing of the enactment was a historical point for Selangor as well as the country.
“No other State dared to implement the Freedom of Information Enactment. This is product of people’s power,” she told the State assembly.
“The enactment includes information involving Sate administration, governmentlinked companies and municipal and city councils, will be a ‘dynamic’ one.”
She said the State government accepted amendments to parts of the Bill first tabled in July last year.
Wong also took a shot at Barisan Nasional assemblymen, members of the select committee to draft the Enactment, but who skipped all meetings related to it.
“They had a chance to create history with people of Selangor, but they gave it a pass. This is regrettable,” she said.
Dr Rafick, one last request. Can you use abbreviations in your writings. Can you at least explain what or who your abbreviations represents? I tried researching on who this RR fellow could be but failed.
The nearest I could find was SELANGOR APPOINTS ANWAR IBRAHIM AS ECONOMIC ADVISOR: “There are eight other members in the council which include Tan Sri Ramon Navaratman, Tan Sri Clifford Herbert, Datuk Zainal Putih, Dr Barjoyai Bardai, Datuk Paul Low, Prof Sieh Mei Ling and Datuk Dr Mohamed Ariff.”
No one that may fit the abbreviation RR.
Or is Dr Rafick is too busy, can some other commentator help me?
Ablogsmith,
I know who Dr Rafick is referring. Dr Rafick may have a good reason for going on the abbreviation.

while it may be ok for you to show gratitude to the
chingkie mca minister of local gomen who had
helped your geng [albeit only his duty] , you must recognise that
other chingkie ministers are by their inaction is
causing harm to the people
Case in point. Drunks on the road especially during weekends
and the night preceding a public holiday.
I have always campaign for a strict regulation on drink
driving but the campaign fell on deaf ears.
Why?
Chingkies in the drinking business lobby to prevent a harsh
drink-driving laws from appearing in our nation.
When some poor mp
like hassan ali try to raise the issue of sale of alcohol-there appeared
gasp of astonishment not only from mca chingkies but also melayus
in the bn and pas who think hassan ali is brewing a storm in a tea cup!!
He is talking islamik. And things merely islamik is a good reason not to have such laws made. At least that is what chingkies in mca will have led
the melayus in bn to think..
I suggested that Malaysia copied wholesale the relevant drink-driving
laws of singapore because both countries have th e same drinkers
profile. And Singapore had amended their drink driving laws after
studying the changes made to the us laws on drink driving.
One interesting feature of the law is that it requires that a person
intending to drink to make arrangements for transport to bring him home
after he had drank. Seems logical and fair. But maybe not to mca chingkies though.
my experience
———————-
A couple of weeks ago , about three in the morning a car presumably driven by one
drunk driver woke the neighbourhood in my housing estate when it crashed into 3 parked cars and toppling one of them. I called the MCC [at the Bukit Aman} -asking the control centre to send a patrol car to arrest the driver on drunk driving charge.
The respondent at the center told me that there would be no need for police to vist the crime scene
because the driver would have to bring the car to the station as required by his insurance.
Strange but I cannot fault him for his reasoning. Presumably there is no
drink-driving laws in malaysia that allows a policeman to arrest the culprit
on sight.
The police did arrive after the event according to neigbours but no arrest was ever made.
The last case I read involved a lawyer who crashed his car
whilst drunk and he was fined about rm 1000.
During my journey in the early hours of the morning I noticed 2 separate accidents where a car would be found overturned in the middle of the highway.
The first instance was in jalan kucing and the second along jalan cheras .
I suspect in both cases , the accident was caused by driving under the influence of alcohol and /or drugs.
The express way in both instances are about 30-40 feet wide . And they were properly lighted . Yet a driver of a modern car with power-steering and modern brakes can steer
a car against a 15 inch high road divider causing the car to topple over !
And because drunk driving or dui as they say in the csi prog on tv , is downplayed. presumably because of mca chingkies have control of the
transport ministry. the propeser kankung/kankang in the jkj [of the
transport misitry] never mentioned this issue. And the emphasis
by the singh-y is on rear seat belts!! And this has money implication
for kronies of the chingkie minister!!
Drinking is a chinese-indian thingy . One must not bring up issue that can cause disharmony
in the fractious bn relationship. The melayus in the bn are islamik sensitive and does not
want to raise issues that will be objected by the thoughtless mca chingkies! Hence no dui
laws in 1 – [non -islamik] Malaysia. Malaysia only has islamik banking and some jakim
islamik stuff that requires one to have islamik licence to pray /ceramah/ to a group of melayus
And can one not see the irony of the bn melayus and the mca- chingkies ?
Not ok to be islamik but ok to drive while drunk -causing damage and /or
injury/death
What does this have to do with the issues that Doc is trying to highlight?
Cheers!
Hanana, why don’t you write your comment from a non-racial perspective. Your comments sound very racialistic using terms like Chinkies etc. I am Chinese and I don’t drink drive. In fact I don’t even drink.
I am not trying to be racist. But putting issues in racial
perspective is the only way to get attention.
I have no personal objection to people drinking in a
safe way. That is one’s right to drink but ensuring safety of others
is a duty one must owe to all due to one’s action. So if
Ah Chai decide to drink- he must take action to ensure that
he is safely brought home from the pub. Or he can buy the
liquor and consume it in the safety of his own home.
And after drinking the liquor he will stay out of the road-
ie he does not go out driving.
Is this too much to ask of the gomen?
Laws on this issue was made in Singapore without any islamik fuss.
In boleland- malaysia, if such laws were suggested, mca chingkies
will say it would affect chinese rights to enjoy the liquor!!
hello hanana, u’re worst than a mabuk kaki. go to sleep and fart louder in your bedroom.
I am sorry I don’t have that feel good factor in this write. I don’t think we should plant seeds of doubts about a person’s integrity and asking question with malicious inflection. It is not in my DNA and I believe it is not in yours too. It is better to write on something that you are entirely sure.

Before writing, I researched. After reading you should do the same and than we shall compare notes.

Doc might be right about some PKR politician. However, I am curious about Doc intention. Does he want Pakatan to loose Selangor this GE? Also, what do we have after Pakatan? UMNO? Unless we have better choice I rather stick with Pakatan for now. Not everybody in PKR are crooked politician. However, I can be certain that majority of UMNO top leaders are crooked. Furthermore, their buddies from MCA are crooked too.
So, doc can you explain your intention? Are you warning PKR or you want PKR too loose this election? Lastly, do you think UMNO are ready to reform?
Salam
jamesloh,
When you play the holier than thou game you must play it right
My intention SSG and my ADUN and MP
(1) Identify needs at community level
(2) Plan the delivery
(3) Meet the needs of the people.
(4) Start working and show what they can do and not criticize BN only.
It appears now that they only know how to criticize BN only
Doc,
Agree. Can’t blame you as being in the military you are trained to constantly attack as the form of defence. Adversarial may not be the right approach to get matters resolve.
Dear AK
I assume you are referring to issue of UK Bistari
If you see the way I approached issue from D1, I gave plenty of room for diplomacy and negotiation. If that does not work, I will put in bit of pressure and if that does not work than I will attack. Fact remains (1) In abandon housing at UKB diplomacy did not take things far.. intact it hardly moved. (2) Things move when we apply pressure.
In military, we are trained to engage counter party from many angles. Attack is one of them but there are many more. It is a question of using different strategy at different time
Today is D1 of 2012. I want to see what PR can do for the squatters of Sg Sering.
Dear Doc,
The above is the standard SOP which you can find in any textbook and any uni student can tell you that.
These are BN SOP, mostly only found in Malaysia.
(1) Put all controversial dealings and projects under OSA.
(2) Any politically “dangerous” person, use ISA on them.
(3) Enriching themselves with the national coffer.
(4) Do not identify what the community needs, tell them what they need, example
big gigantic project like NFC.
(5) Create lopsided laws to enrich BN cronies, example: housing projects.
(6) Make Malaysia a communist country with OSA, ISA and recently Peaceful Assembly Act.
It appears now that some blind partisan supporters are assimilated into accepting BN only.
Wave33,
TDM have made Malaysia into a crony capitalist country. To solve the problem besides PR taking over FG from BN, which I doubt but not impossible is to cut the lobbyist and the rich political funders from reigning in Malaysia. Do we have principled leaders who have high morals !
Wouldn’t this sound a little selfish – me, my, my community. How about our nation and its well-being and that of its citizens?
How about the well-being of the orang asli, the natives in Sabah and Sarawak, the original inhabitants of this country. Lynas issue in Kuantan. NFC. PAB (Peaceful Assembly Bill) which even foreign newspapers have confirmed as more oppressive than Myamar’s. The gargantuan amount of riches and resources robbed by that king robber Taib Mahmud in Sarawak, etc etc. Are these too far removed from you and your community? Should we just care for our own community? Should I as a Chinese care only about Chinese rights?
Ablogsmith
Why do we vote? We vote so that the government would serve our needs only. Thus, it’s not wrong for Doc to question Selangor state government and vote for the UMNO representative in his area. He’s concern about his community only. Is the representative in his area serving his community? Is Doc acquasition true? I don’t know. I am not from this community. I just hope Selangor government can defend such acquasition.
However, who should we vote if Pakatan is really that “evil” or incompetent? Would voting for UMNO mean Doc and his community needs will be satisfied after next election? Do we have another trillion ringgit for our “patriotic” UMNO politician to enrich their ?
We must focus on getting rid of UMNO in order for UMNO reformer like Aspian Alias, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah, Dato’ Mohd.Ariff Sabri, Dato Shahrir Abdul Samad , etc to lead this party.
Salam
Doc
I totally agree with you. A state government must serve the people.
In America, the voters vote for their representatives every four years. They vote for next political party if the incumbent failed to serve them. Ideally, we should do the same like American. Thus, you must vote Pakatan government out. However, voting for UMNO doesn’t mean your interest will be protected. Are you sure Selangor under UMNO will be better? Also, once UMNO form the government again do you think they can be voted out if they fail to serve your interest?
Why do I care to vote for PKR? I want to vote for PKR because I want to give UMNO true reformer a chance to save this party. As long as the current UMNO leader remain in party, leaders like Tengku Razaleigh will not get a chance to lead UMNO. Furthermore, I want to give two party system a chance. I will give another chance for Pakatan this 13th GE but I will not hesistate to vote them out on the 14th GE if they failed Selangor.
Lastly, thank you for sharing your view about Pakatan. Let’s hope politician from BN and Pakatan understand that we’re their employer. They’re here to serve us.
Salam
Jamesloh,
Doc is after the persons not the party. A challenge if not accepted will cause collateral damage.
Dear AK
No. I am demanding service from my rep and SSG
Doc,
I also REQUESTED road surfacing for my area in Taman Melawati from Hasrolnizam(MPAJ) and step-up the ladder to Hj Hamid and Dato Mohamad. They said MPAJ has very small budget and could not fulfill al the residents complaints. They had to priortize. Then spoke to Hj Yazid, councillor for my zone, YB Saari Sungib my Adun and YB Azmin Ali my MP and they said that an additional RM5M ( RM1M for each zone) will be allocated to MPAJ. Lucky for us there is Sime Darby to repair and upgrade the roads at the entrance to the township after a dialoque session with the residents early last year.
You know SD did it as part of conditions apply to the new development in Bandar melawati
Dear Doc,
On your last para, your intention is very clear, you are trying to find fault. Fault on the smallest matter. The same kind of fault that UMNO want to find on Teoh Beng Hock. Same kind of fault you want to find on Khalid Ibrahim on the lembu korban. We have BIGGER issues, don’t we. Issues that worth more than RM280 juta.
The above three para, is a run round again, which you already know the answers to it but instead you are trying put it in a way, saying that people are blind supporter. You already know how PKR came to power, it is because of ABU. You put a kayu (or AA as you prefer) in PKR, he/she will still win. You like to spin it saying the other reason, you fully aware it is not. We all are fully aware that PKR has UMNO DNA in it. I would prefer to support DAP and PAS comparatively to PKR. UMNO spin is so powerful that it creates fear to Malay Muslim on supporting DAP. UMNO fear creating machine also hogs on PAS on the Hudud matters. We need more of your write to disperse this type of fear mongering. Raja Petra has done a wonderful job on it.
I agree LGE excel, he is from DAP and he went to jail for nothing.
This article came about because you get tons of reader not supporting your last few write on voting for UMNO and your non-supporting on ABU. I believe, we still have hope on convincing you on the PRIORITY on these matters awaiting.
There is still time to save MALAYSIA which sub-territory is Bukit Antarabangsa.
Thank you.
We should not be double standard but question whoever irrespective of which party doing dodgy things. We should demand answers.
On your assumption the reason for this write up, I can confidently say that your assumption is wrong.
I like the FOI bill that SSG did but wonder why it has not been tabled for second reading.. seems forever. Once tabled, the rakyat has a lot of power to control abuses of our politicians..
Wave33,
Hold on there! Raffick is asking a legitimate question. I just hope that Raffick would not end up like Colonel Nicholson in the “Bridge on River Kwai”
Raffick,
Do watch the ending or perhaps the whole show.
