- Today while the UMNO is having their meeting, the RMP announced that there has not found any elements of CBT yet in their investigation of the NFC. I am not surprised. In fact that had been my expectation. Before anyone assume that I am making an allegation that the police is covering up the whole issue, it is best I explained the basis of my expectation.
- In the case of the NFC, the process and procedures has been above board. No rules have been broken there. The loan was given to the company and how they spent it unless otherwise specified, it would be their business. Whether they want to house the cattle in an open shed or in the luxury of the 1-Menerung condo is their business entirely. The police merely investigate whether the any due process was breached. Therefore it is no surprised that they have found nothing. What we see here is a modus operandi that no different in cases involves purchases of submarine and fighter jets. Is it appropriate for us to assume that this is a refined art of financial manipulation using the loopholes in the system? These are all very legal yar….
- Over the weekend I visited a dairy farmer in Semenyih. He showed me a text messages that he received where all the cattle and dairy farmers is planning to organize a demonstration to show their anger over the matter. As I had mentioned before RM250 mill should not have been given to one “farmer with PhD and no experience”. If ever anyone is to be punished it would be 6 the department heads that gave the “no objection letter” to the project paper when it was first submitted to MOA Inc. Either they don’t know what they are doing or they are too scared to object or simply they are co-conspirators.
- I think the cattle farmers plan demonstration is fair. These are small businesses and usually they are family businesses. Collectively they are the major supplier of supply milk and beef to the nation. If the government is interested in reducing imports and improving local production, the money should have been spend on them. Right now, it is only fair that MOA Inc demands the RM250 mill back from NFC.

“…In the case of the NFC, the process and procedures has been above board….”
“Above board” is idiomatic or even proverbial. We’re talking about investigation and disciplines of legality and accounting.
If Khalid Abu Bakar could not count dead while in official custody, we should at least make early conclusions based on the AG findings. After that of course the swarm of flies have grown bigger as there are more cow dung!
Would anyone have an opinion whether DS Mohamad Salleh Ismail and their two children, Izran Mohamad Salleh and Izmir Mohamad Salleh, would have been able to get RM 250 Million in government soft-loans IF DS Mohammad was not Shahrizat’s husband ?
I don’t know how thorough was the police investigation into the transaction.
To me, there is definitely the appearance of Corruption and Abuse of Position.
Among ordinary mortals, people have been sacked before for far smaller indiscretions.
Malaysia Boleh….
Boleh… tapi susah.. sangat susah..sangat sangat susah. It helps if you can submit resume which shows party membership number and position in party..
Dear Doc,
I think the word is “mustahil” .
Kalau dua ratus lima puluh ribu kemungkinan.
Nak Dua Ratus Lima Puluh Juta Ringgit Malaysia?!
Itu sudah lain cerita…
All looting from UMNO comes with a scheme. When it is a scheme, opposing authorities (if there is one) is not able to nail UMNO. Only the kampung folks will say it is okay because it is “within the law”. Talak salah, mana ada.
Even headlines from daily newspapers states,
“PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY BILL 2011″ .
That is really a marketing and advertising propaganda that the government is “democratic” and “fair”. Rakyat is able to gather, compare with the ex-dictator when three person gather together (Section 27, Police Act 1967), they can go to jail together in three. The kampung folks supported it, knowingly they are going to have more than three everytime there is a kenduri.
Every street corner has newspaper with headlines reads ” Peaceful Assembly”. Kampung folks don’t buy the paper to read in details whether is a “Peaceful Assembly” or it is a “Restriction to Assemble”.
For this, UMNO was won the media battle, the BIG way.
Here are some of the schemes
AP scheme by Rafidah Aziz
Sports Training Centre outside London by Azalina Othman
Malaysia Privatisation by Mahathir Mohamad (Pirate to Who?)
In fear of sovereignty would be lost in Malaysia or perhaps Ketuanan Melayu, we need to Ganyang Indonesia, Siege Singapore, Infiltrate Thailand and Conquer Philippines islands. Malaysia need firepower, submarines that is unsinkable, ships that catches fire and fighter jets from Arizona Desert.
All these are well plan schemes (scams) for the Rakyat.
i think the real sad thing about this NFC cowshit is the small farmers who wouldn’t even get a minute of MOA’s time or that kid who submitted the feedlot proposal first only to see his idea stolen, disgraced in the name of greed
Malaysian Care,
You said it all,…..they are just about so naive..or they just want to rot themselves. Ignorance ..you can rectify with commonsense…, not stupidity.
What to do?? There are still many people especially rural areas still support corrupt regime! They understand and aware there are so much lootings going on but yet they will give their support to corrupt regime!
