1. When Gobind raised the matter for the first time during the inquest that he had received a letter “purportedly” written by MACC officers, I had a gut feeling that some good and decent MACC officers, despite living in fear could no longer tolerate the abuse the public has given to MACC as whole. These are honest people and have the best interest of MACC at heart but they have to be careful in their actions as there are bigger forces at play.
2. The moment it was announced, I asked a few friends whether they could assist me in getting a copy of the letter. By the time I sighted the copy, RPK has done all of us a favor by publishing it in his blog. Prior to that I was not sure whether I should do it. I am glad RPK did it and spare me the trouble of bringing it out.
3. Being a former government servant, the first thing that came to my mind is the authenticity of the letter. Based on what was shown on RPK website and what was mentioned by Gobind, the following points basically points to the fact that it is indeed authentic
a. It carries the official letterhead of MACC.
b. The format of writing is in a standard government format in terms of heading and numbering system.
c. The language of the letter is very much the official language that is usually used by government officers
d. The letter states in a correct manner the post of the person and his position acronym.
e. The way the writer address the readers are also in a typical government writing (Y.Bhg.Tan Sri/Dato/Tuan/Puan)
f. The slogan at the end of the letter is a standard practice of government servant writing.
4. In my mind, it goes beyond reasonable doubt that the letter is authentic. The sad thing is, none of the mainstream media paid any emphasis on this letter. What was highlighted is that the case of burning MACC official X-trail vehicle in Klang. The timing of the burning also coincides with the timing of the letter was released to the public. It made me wonder whether it was intentionally done to divert public attention. It is also surprise to see that MACC office in Klang is so unsecure that “outsiders” can go in and throw molotov cocktail at their vehicle. This is a real joke!
5. While Khir Toyo has denied any involvement in the scheme of things to bring the downfall of the Selangor government as indicated in the letter, it certainly cast serious shadow over the matter. It is not too long ago, when the issue of Khir Toyo bungalow was raised and based on the letter that was released, it explains quite well why there is no further action taken on this case. We must also not forget the role KT played in Balkis.
6. There were two parts of the letter that in my mind that is very relevant. The first being the way the author described the Hishamuddin Hashim method in interrogating people. From what I know, it is expected that suspects or witnesses will not be treated gently in order to extract information and every interogator has their own favorite method. In this case the author describe in a very clear manner on Hishamuddin tactics and the possibility that it was his DNA that was found on the belt. The author has cast a doubt on the authenticity of the Hishamuddin DNA test.
7. If it is not his DNA sample, then whose sample that was taken by the police? Did the police officer actually take his sample? If he did not then, it suggest that the investigating police officers are collaborators. This doubt can easily be cleared by getting Hishamuddin to volunteer his DNA sample in the presence of the lawyers representing TBH family. He should do it without any hesitation as that is the easiest way to clear his name.
8. The second part of the letter implied that there are special teams in MACC Selangor that works with Khir Toyo in setting up the stage to topple the PR Selangor government. If indeed this is true, it is quite certain that Khir Toyo is not acting alone. He must have a bigger umbrella protecting him from the rain and the sun. Certainly this does not augur well for the country. This is just too sad… all in the name of power.

I don’t feel that format and language is enough to verify the authenticity of the letter coming from a MACC whistle blower. At best, we can conclude that whoever wrote the letter knows the format and language used by government servants which is in no way a secret or rare trade. Anymore than that comes with significant doubt.

How many government servants do we have in Malaysia? I have no exact figure.. definitely minimum in the hundred thousands. Then you count how many ex government servant.. that is another hundred thousands – million. If you include GLC employees… that is another hundred thousands. Add in persons and businesses that deal extensively through letter with government agencies and GLCs, that is in the millions.
These large number of people being well versed in the format and language used in government letter. Any one of them could have written the MACC letter!
Another scenario, a person who is not well versed in the format could have easily paid somebody who knows.
It is very clear that format and language is not enough to determine the authenticity of the letter coming from a MACC whistle blower.

Feel very disappointed with the way our investigator doing their work. How can they make a conclusion where there are still many thing unexplained such as:
a) 2 unknown DNA found at the belt of TBH – they say it might belong to the person who help to take off the TBH shirt during the examination then why they don’t confirm it by doing DNA examination on that particular person (at least to prove that it doesn’t belong to others)

b) at first they say no finger print found at the window where they believe TBH jump then another person say got finger print at the window but unable to use it since the finger print do not meet the necessary criteria for ID recognition. So actually which one is t he correct one got or not finger print??? just like chipsmore now u see, no u don’t…

c) how can the pathologist can say he forget to do to took finger print on TBH clothes???

I have been writting on this, u have to take the initiative to provide a set of logical questions using ur blog, that the defence have left out so that these questions can be asked for all stones be uncovered.
In my comment a week ago here, I mentioned that there seemed to be “outsiders” doing the interogation. And these “outsiders” must had been given special authority to do the job. That special authority must be from the highest level. It turned out that these “outsiders” are non other than TP of MAAC and Toyol. It all fall into place now.
Actually this case have been served to PDRM on a silver platter. The prime suspect has been named and most important of all the motive and reasons behind it. Even how he was killed has been described (the TP’s interrogation methods).
All the suspects background, corrupt practices and wrongdoings have been listed out just to be confirmed. God, even his private, personal affair with one junior officer, has been exposed.
Now PDRM has pride itself with so many successes like the capture of Mas Selamat, squashing terrorist threat maintaining national security and given the ‘Di Raja’ title, honour and insignia. If they come back empty handed on this case, they’ll really be the laughing stock of all the police forces in the world.

Not “everyone” wanted the truth. In fact I would even hazard a guess that very few people wanted the truth or for that matter able to handle the truth.
The person who had committed a criminal act doesn’t want the truth to come out. Umno certainly doesn’t want the truth the come out if it meant putting them in a bad light. Well, if it made them look good they would certainly welcome it. To believe in this, either one is a fool or a hired gun. We have people who had came forward to “assist” but were later found to have amnesia, missing, threatened or were made to be a criminal. Teoh Beng Hock, if you are suffering from dementia of the heart or amnesia was there to “assist” the macc.

I disagree the role of MACC in possesion of guns. They are not at all involved, in physical engagement, confrontation and antagonisticism but, more in dialogue. My 2 cts worth. Probably this is what happened to Teoh Beng Hock based on the interrogation method employed by the TP. TBH was forced to sit facing inwards on the window ledge during the interrogation while the TP was tugging his belt threatening his life maybe knowing that TBH was to get married the very next day. It would be a “good” tactic when you know that the person under interrogation will soon be married and would be very vulnerable to give in to their demands. Suddenly the belt broke, TBH lost his balance, they tried to stop his fall, person/s grabbed his foot but only managed to get his shoe (I assume this was done by TP himself being the one facing TBH), maybe another grabbed his arm but only managed to get his watch. His pants were ripped by the window ledge or maybe got ripped when they tried grabbing him from his fall. TBH tried to stop his own fall, grabbed the window handle but as we all know the window handle went down with him.

I doubt Teoh was sleeping on the couch at 6.10am. He was probably lying there, dead and waiting to be thrown out of the window while the culprit/s figured out what need to be done next.

Inside sources. Hishamuddin and Khir Toyo were school mates, Khir being a year or two. Of course Khir approved Hisham’s application for a plot of land in Shah Alam.

We do and fact is it has been years since the good cops you mentioned retired. PRDM, ACA/MACC and other enforcement agencies have grown so chummy with the actual underworld that they are actually never ever threatened nowadays. You should read RPK’s dozen of SDs, it explains a lot.
That said, agreed, we do not know whether the letter is authentic, whether there is one or more letters. However, what we know is that it is a pain to MACC’s bosses, hence the immediate denial without a shred of evidence.
Just ask your police friends where most of their bosses get the bulk of their income. If your friends are honest with you, you will have a pretty good idea of the enforcement agencies’ “integrity”.

However, what are the facts that contradict the speculation MACC burnt their own car as a diversion?
My Observations:
1. The letter is surely authentic but the writers have deliberately left out some pertinent details which they ought to know.
2. If Hishammudin and Khir deny all these allegations in this letter (which is of course expected from scums), the other details will follow, I am sure probably when the officers are cross examined at the inquest.
3. Now whose DNA sample was taken in the room. The police officer or the chemist who took the sample must have taken his own blood. That would explain why the sample didn’t match.
4. There is ample evidence of a collusion between the police and the MACC to cover up the crime. If the great Royal Police Force cannot solve a simple murder as simple as this one when all the glaring evidence and suspects are at hand, I wonder what they are good for.
5. The entire investigations was done on the premise that Teoh had committed suicide and all the witnesses including the chemist and the pathologists went along that line.
6. Hishamuddin is a dead duck. He can never get out of this unless the ‘ bigger umbrella’ protects him.
7. Surely Khir does not have the authority to give instructions to the MACC. He was acting on the authority from that ‘bigger umbrella’ from Putrajaya.
8. Khir’s arrogance despite the hundreds of corruption cases against him is proof that he was being protected by the MACC and the ‘bigger umbrella’.
There is only so much evil Malaysians can stomach. These people have lost their souls. They don’t even fear God. May they rot in Hell.
with all “supposed”details written,dont anyone’s mind strike why the writer purposely left out the ‘event’ take took place and who did it.if for some reason he fail too highlight it then he too have some’ ulterior motive in writting such a letter’ or he too had ‘some hidden’ hand behind him that makes the writting.only god knows the truth and the rest are ‘mere prediction and speculation’.
