1. My writing today went online bit later than expected because last night I had to attend the soft launch of a friend restaurant in Solaris near Mont Kiara. The restaurant is called Coff&Tea and is located at Solaris Dutamas. The formal opening would be in the next few days. The food is good. Drop by when you can.
2. While I was at the restaurant, many comments on my blog appear on my Blackberry. Some had put forward interesting arguments. Most of the comments in the last article have put their argument professionally. That was good. I will try to counter some arguments that have been forward for the sake of discussion. I did a quick random survey among the patrons of “Coff and Tea” on the possible causes of TBH death. No one believes it was suicide.
3. Someone commented in my blog that the body is located about 20 feet from the building wall and hence it is impossible for someone to be exit the window. Based on this argument as well as the posture of the body lying on the ground, some believed that the body was placed there. I beg to differ.
4. Firstly, I do not know how the reader came out with the figure of 20 feet. Based on the pictures on the internet, the wall cannot be seen. What is shown is the flower based, parapet wall which is located next to the body. The body lies on concrete slab which in one section there is a 3 feet x 3 feet imprint.
5. In some of the pictures on the internet, there were several bricks brought in by the police located next to the body. We all know the construction brick has a standard size of 4inch x 8 inch. Based on the size of the brick, I made my calculation and it is estimated that the furthest distance that can be seen from the parapet would be 9 feet. I estimated the size of space next to the building wall is about 9-12 feet based on the photos shown below. Measuring distances
6. I do not think the body was place there because the presence of the broken window latch and the way the pants were torn. Let me explain this point again using the illustration below.
7. In my previous article, I theorized that either one or two person carried the late TBH whom had died for about 30 mins to the window. He carried the person with TBH on his right side and places it on the windows edge. As he pushed the body out the window, the latch got hooked to the pants at the centre of the trousers. TBH weight and the action of trying to push the body down literally tore the pants towards the left pocket.
8. Over the left buttock it torn in a straight fashion and in the middle of the buttock over the sacral area it was jagged all the way to the right buttock. Based on the pictures, I believe “the dead TBH” landed on his left leg which probably cause a fracture lower third of the leg or over the ankle as well as the possibility of a fracture dislocation of the left hip. This is based on the evidence of huge hematoma on the buttock and the twisted ankle.
9. In part IV, I mentioned the story about Malaysiakini reporter by the name of Norma Ghazali. Thorough Malaysiakini, I manage to speak to her and sought some clarification on the news report that she found that the MACC office was closed.
10. According to her, she went to MACC to cover a PC which is to be held by one of the State Exco’s 16th July 2009 at the MACC office. She reached the Plaza early and went to MACC office at about 115pm. The door was open and there was a receptionist at the door. Upon realizing that she was early, she decided to go down to the lobby.
11. At about 130pm or so, she went back up to the MACC office and found that the wooden door was closed. She wondered on why it was closed as normally they don’t. She and other reporters then went back down and after buying a few things went back up at about 150pm and noticed that the door was opened.
12. She cannot recalled the conduct of the people in the office at that time as by 200pm, the YB YLC came and made a press statement. At about 220pm, someone came out from MACC office and told the reporters that there is a body on the podium roof and all the reporters when down to investigate.
13. The key element of Norma observation is that the door is normally is open. Why was it closed on that day at the same time TBH body was found by someone (? janitor) and for about 20 minutes, the ACA door was closed. The timing of closure was consistent with the timing the body was found by the Janitor. What was going on in the office?
14. It would be great if people have friends in Telco’s and based on the names of the officers at MACC Shah Alam, we could find out the numbers that was called with the few hours before the body was found. That would be valuable.

Indeeed, this would end up be one massive cover up. I can tell you that the coroner’s report would say “death by fall – possible suicide or accidental fall”. RCI would make some recommendations about transparency, use of CCTV in future etc etc..and the govt will just ignore it, like the lingam and police RSI.

I think he was bludgeoned to death, and after a few minutes they decided to throw the decease out through the window. The window opening was not big enough to let through the decease body to fall unhindered. The pant got hook to the window ledge and the body was dangling there for a brief of time.
In their effort to let the body fall down, to not let people see there was a hanging body at the window, they probably push and closed the window few times so that the body could fell.
In the process, the body might turn, might swing and then the window ledge snap and the body fell down. That might explain why the position of the body was as such in the photogaph.

number one, some above already pointed out so little blood where he landed – how could there be when his heart no longer pumping – so suicide is out
two, if you are about to be pushed out from the window, you not going to fight? even if you are are a weakling, you will rise to occasion, you will yell, you will scratch, you will swing your fists, you will create as much attention as you possibly can….how come so quiet – so suicide is also out.
my guess is that he was stubborn during the questioning which annoyed the interrogators so much, he was knocked on the head and became unconcious and probably killed by that – accidentally.
what could you do after that, if you are the interrogators? – you would talk to your superior or superiors and to decide the best thing to do?… that is to throw him out and try to get as many people to believe it is a suicide.

Just My two cents worth on this
1) A dead body, as per plimenary findings, dead for at least 5 hours earlier does not bleed, nor spatter blood on impact, blood cloths quickly without circulation, neither would be the landing be in that position.
2) If you people watch the towers incident, you can see people jumping with their hands outstreached, face down etc.
3)This body was dead, most possible cause given his small, and thin body was a fatal , or even a gentle blow to the ribcage which broke a rib and sharp points of the edge of the bones PUNCTURED the LUNGS!
4) Those people are specialists in this sort of stuff, all retired police personal, they know all the tricks in the business, they then threw the body and had the janitor conveniently find it.
5) A lung puncture is difficult to diagnose by laypeople and treatment has to be soon or dead is imminant, just like the case of Princess Diana.
6) A RCI has to be produced in writing and tabled in parliment? This will expose ALL the MACC secrets, so they decided the middle ground!
All said and done, “people mudah lupa” remember all the dead vigils, all gone and forgotten so back to square one. nothing will change.

When I estimate the distance I use another picture that show the whole building and using the side that faces Concorde. I make some assumption of the allocation base on your picture.
If you look at the 3rd picture. you can see some cars parking below. The parking space should be 18-20 feet long. Base on that again I’m pretty sure the 5 floor is longer than the cars (approx 15′) parked below.
Here is my take.
1) There blood should have form a pool. Look at the water mark. They are circle. And look on the left side of the 3rd picture. The pool of water is contain in the 3′x3′ imprint. Now look at how the blood flow. If flow for about 6′ (3′+3′). It’s too long and impossible to flow that far because the blood would have already clot by than.
2) Look at the fallen off shoe. It lie where I think the body is coming from. 2 persons is caring the body. The one carrying the legs is leading the one carry the body. while in a rush they drop the shoe on the right and therefore the shoe is closer to the railing.
3) While carrying the body about the time the shoe drop. The person carrying the body somehow lower the body/drop the body. Therefore you have the first blood that is along the railing. The 2nd blood flow from the mouth when the body was place there. Both blood start to flow toward the middle of the imprint.
4) Because of the harden body, the legs somehow is either pointing up to the sky. One person lift the body by his coat and therefore his shirt is lifted and shift toward his left side. The shirt is also push up on his right. That is consistence with where the body is coming from.
5) The large area of ripoff on his pant was due to moving the body from 14 floor to the 5 floor. As I mention earlier the person carrying the body is weaker/the body is heavier. Since Teoh was kill much earlier the body is place seating up and the legs is along the floor. They drop the body/rubbing his pant/ass along the floor many time. The poundign and friction cause the large tear on his pant.
6) The watch and the right shoe drop too far always from the body. They were lose because of the 2 person carrying the body. The watch probably fall off first and have to be retrieve and drop nearer to the body.
7) Below are all I mention earlier
a) No sound of impact
b) No one see the body fall
c) No splash of blood
d) Body is on it side
e) No blood stain on the shirt
f) Body do not look like being drop from 9 stories high
e) Latch is place there to look like a fall from the building.

As I’ve mentioned in my e-mail to you yesterday, the inverse ‘L’ shaped blood trail looks very odd.
Semuaok’s observation asper item one above confirms my suspicion.
The absence of blood splatter on the concrete slab and parapet wall is another clue supporting the contention that TBH was placed there. Hence, he did not fall from the 14th floor which in effect means TBH did not commit suicide.
At the time (I’m not certain when) TBH was placed on that spot, he could be barely alive. In which case, another blunt trauma on his skull may have been applied to create another wound for blood to emerge (and to ensure that he dies eventually). However, minimal blood flow emanated from his head because his weakened heart could not pump out more blood.
In your opinion, how long does it take for blood to stop pumping out of a wound once the heart expires? This would help to narrow down the time-frame of exactly when TBH died.
Perhaps, a visit to the scene of this crime will reveal more e,g. the curvature of the concrete slab will confirm the impossibility of the inverse ‘L’ shaped pool of blood shown in the photo. Do a leveling test by pouring water onto the concrete slab and watch where it flows.

I believe that you have overlooked the “depth of field” which could contribute towards the error in computation. The cars are parked 5 story down and you cannot compare the length there with those on the 5th floor. The images will play trick on the eyes.

I do not see any water mark in the third picture (labelled as view from 8th floor). I believe you are referring to the round circle on the right side of the image which is actually a drain pipe opening with a broken cover. A non broken one can be seen on the left side.
The blood flow is indeed about 5-6 feet from the head. However if you study the image properly (you can download free image magnifier from internet), the actual pool is in the 1st feet from the head. After that is serous staining that is expected. The flow is along the natural gravitational gradient.

Surely you expect some stains on the pants if it is drag. It appears clean to me but torn. This will clear any doubt that the body is being carried or dragged. Btw what about the broken window latch that was found near the body if it was dragged?

At 0600-0700am, from which area do you expect people to see. No one saw anyone carrying the body at the same time

Explained by the fact that the body landed on left leg, fractured it and than fall on the side of the body followed by the head hitting the ground. The impact has been cushioned and as such the amount of blood is not expected to be much. Furthermore the blood would have formed a soft clot before he was thrown.

Why take a latch from 14 th floor and not from the empty 9th floor and implicate MACC in the process. If they had taken from the 9th floor then it would appears that he committed suicide.

Let do a simple experiment.
Try imaging standing 1′ behind a window on the 8th floor an look down (you can drawn a triangle) toward the 5 floor. The person has to be atleast 14′ to see 9′ of the balcony below. And if the person is 5’5″ you would need atleast 50′ to see the balcony on the 5 floor. Asuming the bottom of the window is 3′
1) Yes water mark surrounding the drain pipe.
2) Yes everything is possible but we are trying to see what make sense.
3) There is 2 patches of blood. One is parallel to the railing and the other is coming out from the mouth/nose. The one parallel doesn’t make sense. It should go toward the middle of the 3′x3′ imprint. yes the blood also should have go left of the picture but it should also go to the middle. Just like the rest of the water especially the pipe is in the middle of the Imprint.
The other blood that is coming out from the mouth/nose is flowing slowly toward the middle and should not have flow up to the corner of the imprint. Its should go left just like the one parallel, it defy gravity.
4) If you want it to look like a fall. What would you do the death body. You drop or beat him up.
5) It doesn’t look clean to me. And it look too big of a hole to justify a single latch or contact. The latch is throw from above, to make it look like the pant break it. Why don’t you hang yourself on a hook. I don’t thing it’s that easy to tear a pant. I would thing his pant would have fall off or it may come loose a little. That was not the case.

You are using too much of the fact/words that they feed you. I do expect you to be an intelligent dr and should not have take the message from the authority as it is and follow every instruction just like most other government servant.
7 c) Unless your legs is heavier than your body. I would assume the head would go down first if your pant get caught. And if your pant get caught how do the body go horizontal even if it’s 9′-12′. I would assume it drop like a rock. You might said someone push him out. Than you have to assume the window would not shut/come down by the weight even if it break the latch. I do not believe they would have the window wide open and yet get caught by the latch which is 3′ away.

sorry if it might have been mentioned before, but I noticed the “watch” (as according to your PPT, if that’s true), is liying I’d say “neatly” beside the body.
Was just wondering how a watch would fly-off the wearer during or upon touch-down of the “fall” if I were falling down?
Either the wrist (which carried the watch) must have hit something on the way down or below or someone threw (rather put) it there beside the body (maybe too scared or rush to wear the watch on the wrist…)?
IF it did for some strange reason fell off his wrist during/upon the “Fall”, I’d expect the watch to be broken/flug further away as it is much lighter in weight than the body or shoe….and might most probably not be lying straight and “neat” like now?
Could be a coincidence, but looks (to my inexperienced eye) more like someone planted it there rather than as a result from a fall (the watch I mean)….
Anyway, on what basis did you identify it as a watch? ‘Cos I can’t be too sure it’s a watch….
I tried to google in vain for any picture showing Teoh wearing the watch the few days leading to his MACC “questioning” (ie.while wearing same shirt/pants) that might point some clues…
You need to download image magnifier from the internet to appreciate that it is a watch.
There are speculation that DAP was behind this……the fact is Teoh did not exit the MACC office and the public cannot enter and leave MACC office as they like. So it is the MACC who are responsible for Teoh’s death!
One fact remains unchanged. He died in the custody of MACC. He did not die in DAP office!
I think now we can pre-empt the official SPIN that will come out from the so-called investigation just as I expected:
MACC will say that TBH has infos in his hp (SMS form) and laptop – and he actually admitted to the things committed by his boss and others involved. (This is strikingly similar to the spins in the rogue blog – ‘Truth for Teoh Beng Hock’) at http://www.t4tbh.blogspot.com/)
They will then deny using force on him since he already co-operated.
And due to the stress after that, he couldnt cope with it – maybe the fellow didnt know how to face his boss or other party members – SO HE JUMPED.
This is MACC’s version which was being circulated among all the MSM but not published upfront and I believe will also be similar to the official findings.
Probably State Assemblymen Ean Yong and Ronnie Liu will be the two main targets with evidences (falsified or otherwise) being shown to prove their guilt.
….to prove their guilt of corrupt practices (not murder). Dr. Rafick, yes MACC cannot deny that that Teoh died under their custody (personal belongings still with them) and he WAS NOT released. Thats too obvious.

I have these assumptions i.e. the latch found is newly broken and from the tear description you give, it initiated from the pocket. The window is about waist height.
The window is of reclinging type and the latch opens horizontally and moves vertically to lock.
I put myself in TBH position, if I were to commit suicide. How shall I do it.
1. I go to the window to open, shall I open it wide or just enough for me to get through. – I think I will open it to a point where my arm permits
2. Shall I jump from the corner or right hand side of the window, so that my pocket can get hook to the latch handle, or somewhere in the middle. – I cannot decide.
What I know now, possiblly, when I was out of this world. Someone dragged me from somewhere on the right side of this window, open the window, hung me over the edge, lifted my legs, to let my body go over the edge. The lifting, in a sideway motion, made the latch handle caught the pocket and tore my pants. The window slammed down and tore off one of my shoes.

I refused to believe this even before reading ur blog, and after reading it with all the analysis, I find that to be even more ‘unbelievable’ – from the lies as when TBH was released and why his belongings were still kept by MACC. I share the same feeling with many others out there, angry and sad that this could happen right under our nose with so many proofs which COULD definitely lead to somewhere but apparently isnt.
Although I dont’ know TBH personally, I was at his house in ALor Gajah on sunday – the day before his funeral to pay my respect. I met his fiancee, I felt the pain and suffering by his family n loved ones.
And with the RC being set up to investigate whether MACC did their job properly and on human rights being practised – NOT on how he died and why he died, I just wonder if there’s anything we can do to contribute to the fact that MACC indeed used force and unreasonable methods during questioning.

2 days ago i came across a story by one of our reporters in Seremban, who did an interview with a govn engineer regarding his experience being locked up by the MACC. His story was indeed shocking: the way he was being handled and abused. Btw this happened last year but he only came forward now to talk about it, and he was an accused not a witness.
But as expected, the story was on hold, and 2 days ago, being spiked from our system. It will never see the daylight, as we are not allowed to carry such story. I’m angry that there’s something there but then again, it’s cover up.

Thanks for your info. Do not despair. We need people like you to be inside. For most of us, we already know the truth. Your revelation is important to convince the fence sitters who still thinks this will not affect their lives. It is like sleeping with the enemies, you do not know when they will bite you. You have to be on your toes, keep serving them and in the end when you have outlived your usefulness, they terminate you with the flimsiest of excuse. Tell me is life worth living like this?
My personal opinion is that after hours of trying, they still could not get TSB to cooperate. Something snapped and TSB was killed. Never mind, a live witness does not want to cooperate, then a dead cooperative one will have to do. Since they have all the docs, electronic data and other info on their hands, it would be easy to keep planting all the falsified evidence. They are now turning to this stategy – but are we so stupid to fall for it. Two of my sisters were murdered for their insurance money by their husband. Even with more than 20 mistakes (names, ic, add, passport nos etc) the bloody Insurance co (stupid PRO) and Bank officers released the money. See everybody wants to cover their arses but in doing so play into the hands of evil. They will have their Karma, no doubt. The truth will torment them.
As I have said counless times before, this problem of falsifying affidavit, data, documents, medical certs etc is widespread in our Society. In my work I have found falsified Insurance Policies, falsified medical certificates, falsified data, falsified investigation etc. In one court case, the contractor which had been dismissed for attempting to cheat on a construction project, even falsified letters, drilling logs to back up his law suit. After the original documents were produced to show his falsified documents, he was still not charged with perjury. He lost his case but still went on to appeal using falsified documents. Imagine that.
In another case, a lawyer even falsified his invoice to protect his client. Unfortunately both judges allowed them to go scot-free. I am beginning to think that falsification is an accepted legal practice in this country. Catch me if you can sort of thing. But even when caught – nothing happens since falsification, lying, destruction of evidence and selective memory losses are everyday affairs at the top end of our heirarchy. Malaysia Tipu Boleh!
Like I said before, TBH was dead before being thrown thru the window. By right the body would be directly below the window where it was thrown – law of gravity. As the roof top (5th floor is flat) the body would just lay there and would not be visible to anyone even if someone were to close the “opened window” unless that person would purposely peer and bend down to see the body. Thus the “suicide” could not be “accidentally” discovered. For it to be accidentally discovered the murderers then shift the body to the edge of the parapet wall. Only then can the “cleaner accidentally” discover the body when he/she went to close the “open window”.
By displacing the body some lateral distance from directly below the window, the murders want to guide the investigators to the theory that TBH jumped (suicide). That’s why they etched (and shreded) the sole of his shoes to show that he was standing on the edge of the window. The bricks surrounding the body also looked artifically placed.
Even if let assume that TBH did jump (like diving with some leg spring – lateral force) he would be displaced laterally from the window at 5th Floor but not the bricks which should be shattered and spread out radially from the point of impact which is directly below the window.
This is a classic case of planting the evidence to lead the investigators to the suicide theory. If the police and investigators fall for this “oldest planting the evidence trick” as GET SMART will say, then either they are bigger fools than what we already think or they are playing along (cahoots of the murder plan) and expect us public to be an even bigger fool.
The JUDGEment is simple. If we were to accept the final investigation’s finding that it is SUICIDE then Malaysia is lost. We choose to be gullible, we choose to be cheated, we choose to be led by the nose to the gas chambers and so deserve to be victimised, beaten and put to death for any flimsy excuse. Your life is not worth the toilet papers the high&mighty BN murderers wipe their arses with. If Malaysia accepts the SUICIDE verdict, you are condemning your children and the generations thereafter to the dark age of democracy.

People, I would like to alert you that theres a blog going around saying that the DAP is responsible for Teoh’s death and it has been featured in RPK’s Malaysia Today. This blog tries to confuse readers and divert attention to who the real murderers are. The initiators of this blog are probably in cahoots with these evil doers. I am no fan of the DAP but seriously, if they are involved, the police would have long arrested them for questioning. Secondly as Lim Guan Eng says, When a person dies, we want to know what were the causes! We want to know who the culprits were who were the witnesses? In any murder case, police investigations will focus catching the person responsible for the death.

Suicide is not out the realm of possibility. Personal belongings (in form of medication, diary, video recording and etc) may reveal truths that the family or friends didn’t know.

TBH become anxious , cant stay without his fiancee and the child- of cos! – people sometimes become too emotional and does a lot of stupid things.. as a doctor you know – that emotion controls everything in your body especially when it starts taking over – check out emotions like anger- provoke murder- emotion like sadness- provoke depressions- provoke suicides.

Yes, your theory is indeed stupid and wrong. If Teoh wanted to commit suicide he would have done it long ago not wait till the eve of his wedding day having all prepared and inviting people including his best man. And if you had taken some time to read you will know that he never sms anyone particularly his fiance before the interrogation because MACC had already taken it, switched it off and kept it in a locker. They took the phone from an MACC investigating officer on the second day after he was found dead.

There have been reports of the police force having very close links with the underworld. Any possibility of such connections with MACC?
Is it possible that Teoh might have kniown and related information which are too close for comfort for MACC?
Is it be possible that the behaviour of officers which are known to be gangsterly, had gone overboard in their actions?

I have been studying the pictures posted above and noticed that there were some inconsistencies that you had noted in your earlier findings about this case to be true, mainly, the amount of blood found. In almost all deaths of this nature, blood would pour profusely on the ground seconds after impact. There are hardly any.
Another thing that caught my eye was that there was slight, (I say slight as the pictures show) bleeding from the ears, mouth and I am sure nose areas, indicating head trauma. In instances like this, and in most cases blood splatters would be found around the area and where, he was found, very close to the planter box, there would definitely be blood splatters on the wall. Correct me if I am wrong, but this was not so.
This would definitely point to the fact that the victim was dead more than 20-30 mins from the time of the impact on the ground. Without any doubt then, one could safely say, even prove that the cause of death could not be death by fall. The pathologist in this case in questionable. Post mortem would show injuries caused due to a fall from a height but it would not determine the cause of death. Was the result of the post mortem on the victim, on the onset be fabricated? Who was the person that performed the post-mortem. Why was there not a second post-mortem done, if the first was suspected to be done without good faith.
If there is a cover-up; get the DR who performed the post-mortem. The cause of death is the answer.

Alot of readers expected alot of blood and completely crushed head resulting from a fall from the 14th to the 5th floor. The reasons why there isnt any are
(1) He fell and landed on his left leg which led to fracture lower tibia(?maybe ankle) and left hip injury and then landed on his side and lastly the head hit the ground. The severe injury to the head has been cushioned by the fall which results in a weaker impact on the skull
(2) He was already dead by 30 mins before the fall. That is supported by science and blood clotting mechanism.
(3) There was minimal or no splatter as I had suggested before because the blood had begin to clot.

By virtue of najib not allowing a full scale RCI but one with limited scope already justifies who the culprits are. the gomen knows something we dunno. If there is nothing to hide, why not give a full RCI and get a major boost in his rating?

Interesting reading – your CSI findings. So many conjectures and possibilities. I suggest someone should make a lifesize dummy of the height and weight of the late TBH and from the 14th floor of the MACC Building, do one of the following:
- jump down with legs down first;
- jump down with head down first;
- thrown from the window ledge
and, in each case, see how the dummy landed. Maybe, the truth may lie there. I don’t think MACC will allow such an experiment but maybe the magistrate at the inquest can direct this to be done??

What is certain…and is common sense….
1. TBH death is not a suicide. He has too much to continue living i.e wife, child and a future. He can change jobs but not wife and child. He wants to get married to his fiance not his job or Ean.
2. That must mean he was pushed from somewhere high in the masalam building.
3. One/many person pushed him down when he was either already dead or half dead. The possibility is that more than one person did it. It is not possible for a single person to carry either a dead or live person alone.
4. There are killer/killers still out there roaming freely.

Stupid MACC is going to cover up everything but we are not stupid. We can 1+1 and come to a simple conclusion. I was intorrogated by the then ACA but that was done in my office meeting room (JKR). Catch the culprits and put then the locker for good if they are not hanged. If the police cannot solve it and I`m sure they can`t without doubts, then appoint DS Annuar, Gobin, Karpal or LKS or any other opposition member. in the RCI. This I`m sure can solve the case.
My sympathys go to Teoh and his Fly. He was was at the prime of his life and alot to look for in life. This will not drive him to suicide.

Why has Police not yet arrested Tan Boon Hwa as main suspect in the death of Teoh Beng Hock?
The public dont realise that Tan Boon Hwa spent the whole night with Teoh Beng Hock at the MACC until 6:00 am of the day Teoh Beng Hock died. Teoh and Tan were both at the MACC the whole night.
Here is the timing for both Teoh and Tan. Teoh started giving information to MACC at about 6pm. Tan also started giving information about the same time.
Teoh finished giving all his statement at 3:45 a.m. Tan Boon Hwa finished giving his information to MACC earlier at about 1:00 am. Now here is very strange story. Tan Boon Hwa did not go home after his questioning was finish at 1:00 am. Even the Pegawai MACC who was questioning Tan went home to sleep but Tan Boon Hwa said he wanted to hang around the MACC office. The question is why Tan Boon Hwa refuse to go home when even the Pegawai MACC already has gone home? Can Tan Boon Hwa answer this question? Tan was not under arrest.
Then after Teoh finished giving information at 3:45 am Teoh went to sleep in MACC office. Tan Boon Hwa was also in the same office, same floor. What did Tan Boon Hwa tell Teoh Beng Hock? Did Tan Boon Hwa threaten Teoh Beng Hock?
Then Tan Boon Hwa says he saw Teoh Beng Hock at 6:30 am and Teoh also saw him, but Tan say they never speak to each other. This is impossible story. Tan Boon Hwa is lying. Even if one DAP member meet another DAP member in the bus station they sure say hello, how are you etc. How can after 9 hour of questioning for Teoh and 7 hour of questioning for Tan and both of them spending the night at MACC – they dont have anything to say to each other? This is impossible story. Tan Boon Hwa is definitely lying.
Then Tan has refused to give statement to the Police until Police issue saman which Tan must follow.
Tan Boon Hwa has also lied to the public. He told the reporter that MACC questioned him until 1 pm the next day. This is lying by Tan.
First Tan Boon Hwa refused to go home after MACC finished questioning him at 1.00 am. He stayed at the MACC office because he wanted to find out what Teoh Beng Hock is telling MACC about the corruption by Ean Yong, Ronni Liu and other DAP members in Selangor. He also wanted to threaten or scold Teoh Beng Hock if Teoh talk too much.
Tan Boon Hwa spoke to Teoh after Teoh had finished at 3:45 am. Tan Boon Hwa threaten Teoh that Ronni Liu will send the Chinese gangsters to kill him if Teoh talk too much.
Tan said he only saw Teoh at 6:00 am the next morning but he lied and said they did not talk. Then Tan said he did not see Teoh after that. But what was Tan Boon Hwa doing after that? Tan Boon Hwa still did not go home. The sun had rise already, it was 7:00 am, then 8 am, 9 am and Tan still did not go home. The Pegawai MACC also did not come back to work until later. Finally the Pegawai MACC who questioned Tan came back to the office about 11:00 am and then asked Tan to sign his statement. This took about 2 hours until 1 pm. So Tan Boon Hwa gave his statement from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. After that Tan went home just after 1:00 pm.
Teoh Beng Hock’s body was spotted at 1:30 pm. The Police say Teoh Beng Hock died about 8:00 am. Tan Book Hwa last saw Teoh at 6:00 am. He is the last person to see Teoh alive. The Police must make Tan Boon Hwa a murder suspect. Tan has strong motive to kill Teoh. Teoh was giving too much information to MACC about DAP corruption in Selangor. If Ean Yong, Ronni Liu, Tan Boon Hwa are arrested for corruption, it will destroy the DAP. So Tan has big motive to kill Teoh Beng Hock.
Tan also was in the same office as Teoh the whole night, from 1:00 am until 8:00 am when Teoh was killed. And there was no one else watching them. There was only one security guard sitting at the front counter in front of the office. Tan has the chance to kill Teoh and throw him out the window. Police must arrest Tan as the prime suspect.
Yesterday Ean Yong, the other DAP member at the centre of the controversy also refused to give a statement to the Police. They demanded a SIASATAN but now nobody from the DAP wants to cooperate with the Police. Ean Yong refused to go to the Police station. So the Police went to his office. But Ean Yong made them wait for three hours until 6pm. At 6pm Ean Yong said he will not see the Police because the Menteri Besar Khalid had said that no one from the State Government should answer any questions to the MACC or the Police after 6pm.
This means if any Pakatan wakil rakyat or State Government employees commit any crimes, Police must wait until next morning before they can question them about a murder investigation. What about other people and citizens of Malaysia?

if i’m the police investigation officer, i will bring the following people in for questioning
1. Tan Boon Hwa (TBH)- because from media reports he was picked from his home at 8.45pm,Wednesday. Teoh was already in MACC at 6.00pm, Wednesday to answer questions. Teoh might have mentioned TBH name within 1-2 hours for any question rasied by MACC officer. So MACC immediately went to pick up TBH from his home.
Why Tan and Teoh was allowed to meet each other in MACC office ?
Normally investigation officers will never want to have both witness/suspects to see each other during interrogation.
Was this done purposely ? so that the MACC investigation officer can read both of them on how they behave/react on the statements they made or changes after they were allowed to see each other?
2. Ean Yong – He said to the media he went to MACC office on the Wed night at bout 12am to meet Teoh. But MACC officer didnt allow Ean to meet Teoh. Then he said he left at 1.30am from MACC office.
What exactly happended from 12am – 1.30am ? Why took so long for Ean Yong to leave MACC buiding ? Was he trying to contact others for legal advise ? what did he see when he was in the MACC office that night ?
If Ean was so concerned about his staff Teoh and went to MACC in the middle of the night and was denied that time, why didn’t he / representatives return first thing in the morning to meet Teoh ?

Police interogations so far seems to indicate that they are going to pin suicide or accidental fall as cause of death. This is pretty clear as so far no one has yet to be held in custody for TBH’s death.
I implore everyone reading this site to think and contribute your ideas as to why suicide or accidental fall (say for sitting on the ledge to smoke) cannot be the possible cause of death.
Everyone do your part so that we are not slapped with a ‘sudden death’ verdict at the end of the day. Anyone who has knowledge of plaza masalam floor plan, strange or out of place going ons at the MACC office on that fateful day please, do contribute here. My heart goes out to TBH’s immediate family and esp fiancee if the so called ‘verdict’ going to be meted out is suicide.

Suicide has long been ruled out in a lot people’s mind. If TBH were to jump on his accord, he would leave behind a GAPPING WINDOW ON A HIGH RISE 14TH FLOOR BLDG…and NOBODY, I reiterated here, NOBODY in MACC (lock n control security accessed area) for the whole morning on a working day, bother to pop the head out to close back the window and notices a dead body below until a ‘janitor’ found it at 1.30pm! MACC chief said “Teoh was let off after questioning. We do not know where he went after that,”. Very far-fetched! It was said he was due to return to MACC with more documents. If so, why no follow-up by MACC on his ‘disappearance’ the whole morning till noon. What if he absconded? What if he decided to destroy the evidence? Why let off yr witness to run loose and give the opportunity to be killed by underworld? MACC openly declared he was a cooperative witness and if documents he was holding were of importance enough, don’t you think MACC will grab the headline once again with “MACC to revisit adun’s office with pol-sec to SEIZE important documents”. Remember, Ean Yong’s office was RAIDED and stuff was SEIZED by MACC on July 15th as reported by mainstream media.

To me(without intent to going down the racial rethoric), if this is not the true spirit of people power and rakyat beyond racial differences (I intentionally chose to use the term “racial differences” instead of “racial divide”), I don’t know what is!
What an irony and dissapointment though that after scouring the internet, the most informative, uncencesored, and reliable/impartial information into TBH’s death can only be found via an honest and compassionate blogger rather than from any other official sources, incl.mainstream media (sic).

Malaysiakini reported that the police had asked Teoh’s fiancee one ‘interesting question’, whether he changed his shoes everyday.
This is in relation to the investigating officer’s revelation that Teoh’s shoes looked in shreds when his body was found.
“They asked if Teoh owned many shoes and what size he wore…the fiancee said that Teoh had several pairs and seldom changed them unless they were damaged, but on that fateful day, he wore a new pair,”
Now this is an interesting evidence that should not be overlooked, WHY WAS TBH’S SHOES IN SHREDS??? Was the one he was wearing his? Apparently he wore a new pair (maybe in preparation for his wedding). Could someone from MACC taken (stolen) his pair of new shoes before throwing him out of the window? I think the police should follow this lead.

Someone commented that a person who planned to jump off a high place to his death usually take off their shoes. Seems that this is true as psychologically a person about to commit suicide will want to leave the dirt behind and not bring it into the other world, hence he/she usually remove their shoes. Also subconsciosly by leaving behind the shoes, they are indicating where their bodies can be found. Another more practical reason would be so they have a better grip of the ledge from which they jumped.

It is understood that the police have started recovering some of the SMS messages which have been deleted from Teoh’s handphone. He said the police also sought the assistance of telecommunication company for SMS contents received or sent from Teoh’s handphone over the past one month.
Teoh’s personal belongings, including his suitcase, notebook and handphone, were kept by the investigating officers when he was summoned by the Selangor MACC on 15 July. These things have subsequently come to the hands of the police after the tragic incident.
According to police information, Teoh’s handphone and suitcase were kept in the locker by MACC officers after he was brought to the Selangor MACC headquarters.
According to the information, these personal belongings remained at the locker until the second day, when these things were handed over to the police.
The information also pointed out that Teoh’s handphone had been switched off before it was kept by the MACC.
- What can be concluded:
Teoh was never released at 3.45am as claimed by MACC. Thats the biggest lie and pure crap as all his personal belongings remained at the locker until the second day, when these things were handed over to the police.
If he had been released his personal belongings would be in his posession.
I would also conclude that Teoh was treated as a suspect not a witness. Or the MACC just treat anyone the way they do irregardless of procedures and laws.
Dr., the journalist you spoke to may be able to tell you more about the layout of the MACC office. Also, Tan Boon Wah, the Kajang councillor interrogated who made it out alive should be familiar with the layout after spending 15 hours there. Maybe you can contact him?
