Dear En. Khir and wife
First of all please excuse me for calling you Encik as I feel more comfortable and at ease calling you Encik rather than Dato’.
I am writing to you in the open space as I have failed in my attempts to get a copy of BALKIS Constitution for my own reading and to formulate my thoughts on the matter. For your information I have requested the above said document via the following means:
a. By calling Registrar of Society office where I was told that such document is confidential and
b. Writing a comment in your Blog i.e. “Cetusan Dr Mohamad Khir bin Toyo” on the 28th April 2008 where I had requested a copy of the said document.
c. I have also asked a senior Puteri Umno member who is apparently close to you for a copy of the document which according to her, you will email to me.
d. I have tried to contact the legal firm that you mention in the papers “Sallehudin and Co” to get more information but sadly I can’t even find this firm. It is not registered in the Yellow pages, white pages or the Bar Council website.
e. I tried to contact BALKIS via its website but the site has been closed. No one can tell me how to contact BALKIS office bearers.
f. [Update] I spoke to a close associate of yours and was asked to send an email to drkhir@yahoo.com and also cc to a guy by the name of Azhar last night, which I did and at the time of writing this update, I have not heard from you.
Dato, I no longer know which is the best method to reach you since the day you had to vacate your post as the MB (come to think of it, when you were the MB, I also don’t know how to reach you!). You and your wife defended openly that what ever she did is right and according to the constitution. What I don’t understand is, why is your wife waving the constitution on the TV and yet only read one or two paragraph of it. Why is it so difficult for you/your wife to give me a copy of the constitution? I hope you are not going to give the constitution after the issue has become stale. I hope you are not suggesting that I can only get a copy of the constitution by the Act of Parliament!
Your failure to furnish me a copy of the document further reinforced the possibility that there is an abuse of power and position. You and your wife claim that the account was audited before it was close but the auditor has reported otherwise in the papers. Who is lying? You, your wife or the auditor?
Lastly Dato please sent me a copy of the constitution to drrafick@gmail.com , so that I can analyze them and make a fair and honest comment on your wife actions. If what Balkis office bearers does is right and is along the lines and spirit of the Association (constitutionally speaking), then I will be the first to defend her. At the moment, based on what I have read in the papers, it appears that, the possibility of its happening is quite remote.Thank you.

As I said before,BN(UMNO) are simply sore losers/sour grapes,etc.They still have not learnt the lesson given to them by the rakyat in the 8th March GE.
If KT and his entourage continue to behave like this then UMNO will become United Malays with No Office….public office i mean…All rakyat will reject them and not only Malays.
The issue about the Balkis fund transfer has subsided. Many of us will not be aware of such funds exist and now exposed if the Barisan Party continue it”s clutches on the Selangor state. Now that I know I am very upset and angry at the abuse of power many of them had done. I have hopes that with the new state goverment there will be changes and improvements done in the state. The new state government is denied of this fund and will only hamper the state plan from running smoothly. Imagine with that amount of money the the use of fund can be put to proper use and benefit the rakyat (I hope) instead it will be enjoyed only by the handful that will guarantee them of a comfortable life. This Balkis affair is a serious matter and should be investigated thoroughly with all transparency.
Dr, a very good letter to someone who lauded the slogan of “Zero Opposition” in Selangor. Just look at those things that happen: destroying documents, transferring fund without any authorization, lack of accountability, misuse of power, mis-appropriation of public funds, arrogance, corruption,and so forth, what a shame? Have they forgotten the true teachings of Islam? Do they fear the Al-Mighty? Have they repented sincerely from their hearts? Judging from their words, I have doubts. It’s a pity UMNO have so many leaders who possess the same traits. Just imagine what will happen to the future generations and to this beautiful country if they continue to rule.
Well EX-MB the ball is in your court…we are waiting for your respond…..mymy…9.8 mil….imagine if keep in fixed deposit how much return can get, can even buy property in australia, new zealand….etc……
ps. look how modest is our CM of Penang flying on ‘ECONOMY CLASS …during his recent trip…he is very careful with tax payers money….Bravo!!! CM keep it up the public is watching
Dr I doubt he will provide you with the constitution. If he is queried he will ignore everything. In Klang he is known to be sombong and have his own way. and some of us call him hantu toyol
Yes, Dato KT and wife, if both of you claimed ( as reported ) what both of you were doing, was the right thing and in accordance to Balkis’s constitution, then the more you need to provide a copy of the constitution to the public.
I am very sure the public, especially Dr. Rafick would give an honest and fair comment to the whole affair.

I can perhaps understand and appreciate the intention of your letter. At the very least, the former Selangor MB cannot deny that there are people who have approached him directly to get to the actual story. Not just reading the newspapers or online sources.
I do hope Dr. Khir replies. Or maybe he’s too busy trying to be popular among the UMNO reformists to consider your request.
Yes, we must seek the truth. He and his wife have said all they said and now they close all avenues for the rakyat to look foolish. These were in positions of govt. We must hentam no matter what. They had their say, we the rakyat must have our say too. All must also KIV the arrest of RPK. Justice is God’s and God’s alone. NO man can use falsehood to down another.
